1. Where we deliver
We deliver pet food and accessories ordered on this website to [Hyderabad and nearby areas, list the areas or pincodes]. If your pincode is outside our delivery area, we will contact you after you place the order.
2. Delivery time
Orders are usually delivered within [1 to 3 working days] after confirmation. Delivery times can be longer during holidays, bad weather or high demand.
3. Delivery charges
Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 or more. For orders below ₹999, a delivery charge of ₹60 applies. The charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
4. Order confirmation
After you place an order, our team will call or WhatsApp you to confirm it before it is dispatched. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct.
5. Payment on delivery
At present, orders are paid by cash on delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. [Add UPI on delivery if the clinic accepts it.]
6. Damaged, wrong or missing items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, wrong or missing, contact us within [24 hours] of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Missed deliveries
If we cannot reach you or no one is available at the address, we will try again. After [two] failed attempts the order may be cancelled.
